My passion for yoga began in 2006 when I was searching for a way to get in shape and find some peace of mind. I was never an athlete and struggled to find a way that worked for me. After my first yoga class, I was hooked. At the time I didn’t know why exactly I liked it, but I couldn’t get enough.

Time passed and I found myself in NYC in a yoga training program. I wanted to know the why’s of yoga.

Why did I feel good after?

Why do we do warrior II?

They say savasana means corpse pose… Why?

I quickly learned in my yoga training that I will never answer all of my questions. One answer would lead to another question. The more answers I got, the more excited I was to explore this practice and share it with my family and friends.

I teach from a place of practicality. I have hurt myself every way possible while working out and living life. I teach with a mindful approach. We will focus on alignment and what works best for your body at this moment. My hope is to enable you with an awareness of your body, guide and encourage you to see the beauty in discovering what your body is possible of. We will identify your fitness goals, and crush em.
